Does the Town of Boothbay regulate fences?

The Town of Boothbay has very limited regulation regarding the design and placement of fences, although fences and walls on corners of lots that are bordered by two intersecting public or private roads shall be setback a minimum of 8 feet from the edge of each road and shall be no more than 42 inches in height.
